How does the system know which operation to schedule on which machine?

In the system, you define a catalogue of operations (OperationDefinition) and assign permitted workplaces (Workplace) and machines (Machine) to each one. The AI then selects the most suitable resource based on current capacity and priorities.

Can the module work with our existing ERP system?

Yes. Our AI operating system is designed for integration. We connect the Manufacturing module to your ERP, from which it will automatically retrieve data on work orders and customers.

What does 'deployment within 30 days' mean?

It means that no more than 30 days will pass from the initial analysis to the launch of a functional module in your company. This is not off-the-shelf software, but a rapid implementation of a custom system.

How is the plan updated in the event of an unexpected incident, such as a machine breakdown?

You mark the machine as unavailable in the system. The AI immediately recalculates the plan and suggests an alternative schedule of operations based on the remaining available capacity.

Is it possible to track the progress of individual production orders?

Yes, the system tracks the status of each operation within a production order (WorkOrder). This allows you to see in real time what stage the work order is at and what the expected completion date is.
