Can the system work with serial numbers?
Yes, the Products module allows you to record and track individual items of goods using unique serial numbers (ProductSerial).
How do we get our existing products into the system?
Data can be imported from XLSX or CSV files, either as a one-off or repeatedly. The Import and Export function supports bulk creation and updating of items.
Is it possible to have multiple EAN codes for one product?
Yes, our system allows you to assign multiple EAN codes (ProductEan) to a single product (Product). This is useful, for example, for different packaging variants.
What exactly is a 'supplier item'?
A supplier item (SupplierItem) is a data entity that pairs your internal product with a specific product, code and price from your supplier.
How does the module handle different VAT rates?
You can assign a tax class (ProductTaxClass) to each product, which defines the relevant VAT rate. The system then automatically uses it in sales and purchase documents.
