What happens next

01

We'll reply within 24 hours

Usually sooner on business days. If we don't have the capacity or can't help you, we'll tell you right away and recommend someone else.

02

Half an hour on one process

No presentation. We'll take one activity that slows you down the most and go through how it actually runs today.

03

Estimate of savings and scope

Within a few days, we'll send you how many hours the process costs per month, how many of them can be saved, and what the deployment would entail. If the numbers don't add up, we'll tell you.

Frequently asked questions

Before you write to us.

Do you work outside of Olomouc?

Yes, regularly. We are based in Olomouc, but we handle deployments remotely throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia — we can manage process mapping and training via video call. If a project requires an in-person visit, we'll come to you.

How much does the initial consultation cost?

Nothing. The half-hour call and subsequent savings estimate are free and do not commit you to anything.

What should I prepare for the call?

Ideally, one specific process that is slowing you down, and a rough idea of how many hours a week someone spends on it. Nothing more is needed — we'll figure out the rest together.

Do you work with smaller companies?

It's the volume of repetitive work that matters, not the number of people. If someone spends over five hours a week re-typing data between systems, it makes sense even for a company of five.
