Tools that charge per user get expensive the moment you let your whole team in — and that's exactly what you need for someone to approve content and someone else to reply. With us, only the number of profiles increases the price.
- Team for free. In the Team plan, you can add colleagues and an external agency without paying for extra seats.
- No post limits. You don't pay for post packages or AI credits that run out.
- In Czech, with local support. The application and support are in Czech, invoicing is by invoice, not via a card in a foreign currency.
- It grows with you. When you add visibility, ads, or email marketing, you switch to the full suite and your data stays.
What you you ask most often.
What counts as a channel?
One connected profile or page—for example, a company page on Facebook, one Instagram account, or one LinkedIn page. If you publish to three networks, you pay for three channels.
How much will we pay for five channels?
On the Start plan, $30 per month; on the Team plan, $65 per month—excluding VAT, for monthly payments. With annual payment, you get two months free. From the eleventh channel onwards, we offer a 20% discount on the price of each additional one.
Can the number of channels be changed during the subscription?
Yes, anytime. An added channel will be charged for the prorated part of the month; a removed channel will no longer be charged from the next billing period. There is no commitment to a specific number of channels.
Do you have a trial period?
Yes, 14 days with your live data and your channels—no credit card required. We will help you connect your channels and set up a basic schedule during the trial.
Which networks are included in the price?
Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn and Pinterest—the price does not differ by network. We are finalising TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile; once they are ready, they will be added for existing customers at no extra charge.
Can we have just the social media module, without the rest of Pixelbrain?
Yes, that's exactly why this pricing exists. The social media module works independently. If you later add visibility, ads, or email marketing, you will switch to the Marketing Suite and your data will remain.
Is deployment included in the price?
For the Start and Team plans, yes—connecting channels, setting up the schedule and training are included. For the Suite, it depends on the scope, as it also involves connecting to the rest of the system.
What about VAT and invoicing?
The prices shown are exclusive of VAT. We invoice monthly or annually with payment terms, not via credit card. We work with both VAT and non-VAT payers.
