We connect the channels
We connect your profiles and pages, verify permissions, and subscribe to webhooks. No content migration — the networks keep their history.
Planning and publishing to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Comments and messages in one inbox, recurring questions handled by automation, and reports show what really worked.
Connect channels
You log in to the network via OAuth, select a page or profile, and the channel is connected. Tokens renew themselves; the system monitors expiration.
Prepare content
One post, a variant for each network. AI helps with rewriting and shortening to the network's limit, and you pull hashtags from a library.
Schedule to the queue
Each channel has a weekly schedule of slots. You drop a post into the queue, and the system assigns it the next available time — or you choose a specific time.
React and measure
Comments and messages arrive in a single inbox, automation handles recurring questions, and reports show reach, impressions, and engagement.
WHY DO IT DIFFERENTLY
Ideas are usually there. What's missing is a publishing rhythm, an overview of reactions, and time to respond. These are the three places where things most often get stuck.
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and Pinterest from one place — including comments and messages that would otherwise get lost.
A queue with slots maintains consistency even when no one has time. You prepare a batch of posts, and the system dissolves them into the schedule.
Reach, impressions, interactions, and top posts are pulled directly from the networks — no need to copy them into a spreadsheet.
HOW IT WORKS
The module copies the real workflow of social media — from idea to plan, publication, reactions, and numbers.
How it works
A composer with a variant for each channel: custom text, media, first comment, and hashtag groups. The AI assistant can rewrite, shorten, expand, or shift the tone to formal or informal — always respecting the character limit of the given network. You can save ideas to a bank and even import posts from a CSV.
SUPPORTED NETWORKS
The scope varies depending on what the given network's API allows. Here it is, unvarnished — so you know what you're getting into before you sign anything.
| Network | Publishing | First comment | Comments | Messages | Insights |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| supported | supported | supported | supported | supported | |
| supported | supported | supported | supported | supported | |
| Threads | supported | supported | supported | not supported | supported |
| X | supported | supported | supported | not supported | supported |

TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile have login ready; we are finalising publishing to them. Missing a network you need? Let us know — we add connectors based on demand.
WHAT YOU GET
Not a checklist of ticked boxes — things that actually slow you down in social media operations.
You can customise the text for each channel separately — you speak differently on LinkedIn than on X. You handle media, first comment, and hashtags in one window and immediately see if you're within the limit.
Five modes on top of your text, not a generator of empty phrases. Shortening respects the target network's character limit, so the result can be published directly.
A weekly schedule of publishing times for each channel. A post in the queue gets the next available slot; if you change the schedule, the queue reshuffles itself, and posts with a fixed time stay where they are.
A variant can wait for approval before being queued for sending. Useful when content is written by a junior or an agency and you are the one signing off on it.
Collected from all channels, filtered by status, with saved replies for recurring questions. You close the conversation, and it's considered handled by the team.
Trigger on keywords in comments and messages, steps: public reply / DM / delay / tag. Run history shows what was sent to whom — and the test runs dry.
Comments and messages create a database of contacts with tags, linked across channels. You can search, filter by channel, and have context before you reply.
Mark a source as automatic, select the target channel, and new items are automatically added as posts to the queue. Each item only once, no duplicates.
Hashtag groups
Sets of hashtags saved in a library, insert them with one click.
CSV import
A batch of posts, including publication time and target channel, with a preview before import.
Idea bank
Work-in-progress thoughts set aside, with groups — before they become a post.
Network webhooks
Comments and messages arrive in the inbox without waiting for the next sync.
Standalone and as part of a whole
You can buy the Social Media module without the rest of the platform. When you add visibility, ads, and email marketing, you'll see your entire marketing in one overview — and contacts from comments will make it all the way to the CRM.
DEPLOYMENT
Getting started is a matter of days, not a quarter — you don't transfer content or network history anywhere.
We connect your profiles and pages, verify permissions, and subscribe to webhooks. No content migration — the networks keep their history.
Based on your publishing rhythm, we set up slots, hashtag groups, and saved replies for questions that come in over and over.
The most common questions from comments get an automated reply. You only have to handle what requires judgement.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Publishing, comments, and statistics run on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest — the scope for each network varies depending on what its API allows (see table above). We have TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile ready on the login side and are finalising publishing to them.
No. You can buy the Social Media module standalone, without the rest of marketing and without the rest of the platform. If you already use Pixelbrain, contacts from comments will be linked to the CRM and the publishing plan to the calendar.
Each channel has a weekly schedule of publishing slots. You add a post to the queue, and it gets the next available time, or you can set a specific time for it. If you change the schedule, posts from the queue will be rearranged, while those with a fixed time will remain.
It works with the text you write: it rewrites it, shortens it to the network's limit, expands it, or shifts the tone to formal or informal. It doesn't generate content for you from scratch — the goal is to fine-tune a finished post, not replace the author.
Yes. A post variant can wait for approval and only then go into the publishing queue. This is useful if content is prepared by an agency or a junior team member and you remain responsible.
In your instance of Pixelbrain — posts, comments, contacts, and metrics. Only what you publish is sent to the networks, and data related to your own profiles is downloaded back.
