Map how the work really happens.

Upload a screen recording, talk it through with Flow or add documents. Flow turns them into a process map, a summary and risks — and you can convert the map into an automation in one step.

Describe the process. Flow writes the workflow.

Just say in your own words what the agent should do. Flow generates a step-by-step process — with conditions, checks and rules. You review and approve it before it runs.

Connect your systems and credentials.

Flow works inside your tools. Most connect by signing in, others with an API key. Passwords and portal logins live in an encrypted vault — the agent uses them, nobody else sees them.

Decide when the agent starts.

The agent starts on its own when an email arrives, someone mentions it in Slack or a row is added to a sheet. Or on a schedule, via the API, or manually in one click.

The agent works. You decide.

The agent reads attachments, searches the web, works in a browser and in spreadsheets. When it’s unsure or money is involved, it asks — in the task inbox you approve, pick an option or answer in your own words.

Monitor, evaluate and improve.

Every run has its own record and status. Flow automatically scores it against criteria derived from your process — such as whether the agent skipped anything or kept the format. When you change the process, a new version is created and you can roll back any time.

For developers

Control Flow from your own app.

Start runs via the API, read their status and answer the agent’s questions. Flow notifies you of the result with a signed webhook, so you know the message really came from Flow.
